These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by Devigne. By contacting us, submitting a project request, or entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Devigne provides UI/UX design, web and product design, MVP development, landing page design, UX audits, branding, and custom software development services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before any work begins. These Terms apply alongside that project agreement.
Project Agreements
Every project starts with a written proposal or agreement that outlines the scope, milestones, timeline, and total cost. No work begins until both parties have confirmed the agreement in writing. Changes to the scope after work has started may affect the timeline and pricing, and any such changes will be discussed and agreed upon before being implemented.
Payment
Our projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure. A deposit is required before work begins, and subsequent payments are tied to agreed project milestones. Final deliverables are handed over after the final payment is received in full.
Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding balance is settled.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final design and development deliverables produced for your project become your property. You are free to use them however you choose.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, Devigne reserves the right to feature the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. If your project is confidential, let us know and we will respect that.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in a project is specified in your project agreement. Revisions that fall within the agreed scope are included at no additional cost. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope will be scoped and quoted separately.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business strategy, or any proprietary information to third parties without your consent. If a formal NDA is required for your project, we are happy to sign one.
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, we ask that you provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as outlined in your project agreement. Delays on your end may affect the delivery timeline. We will always communicate clearly if a delay is on our side.
Limitation of Liability
Devigne is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered work. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent update was made. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to the jurisdiction specified in your project agreement.
